Cash on Delivery

COD is available across India. Prepaid orders are dispatched on the same 24-hour timeline.

Delivery

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package at your shipping address. Delivery time depends on your PIN code, so we don’t promise a fixed delivery date — your tracking link always shows the exact live status.

Damaged or Open Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, open, or with a broken seal, please do not accept it — refuse it in front of the courier and inform us immediately.
