- A clear unboxing video (from start to finish) is mandatory for any exchange or damage claim.
Store Credit: If you prefer not to exchange immediately, the full product value is issued as Store Credit, which never expires and can be used for any future purchase.
Damaged / Defective Items: In the rare event of a defect, we provide a free replacement of the same model (subject to availability), verified via your unboxing video.
